Abstract
Communication covers many eclectic approaches, theories and the method used to deliver the needed feedback. Many authors find various communication challenges when passing out any information. The challenges we find here implicate the importance of considering all aspects of communication. The challenges found here relate to innovative theory and methodology acknowledges the importance of communication in preserving the ethical roles in the society and understands any changes in communication organizations. An individual communication challenge may cause anxiety when the initial discussion is rushed. Therefore, making one not to receive the updates frequently, one may find worrying or wondering about the challenges experiencing. All these challenges arise when one gets constant pings. Thus much information can lead to annoyance. In addition, some miscommunication causes frustrations, sometimes there is a right frequency and quantity but it can lack mutual understanding. In such a scenario, communication faces many challenges and the recipient will not get good information. Sometime, may think that he/ she has answered a person well but it is still confusing.

Effective communication has always been a big challenge for many people. The methods of exchange in communication have been advanced mainly by technology, the challenges remain.

The common challenges in communication are lack of feedback, email overload or increased number of remote employees who work beyond the internal communications (Hyun-Jung, et al., 2018). When communication moves in one direction alone, it will automatically become ineffective. However, feedback is important at all levels. Communication determines how your employees work to meet the set goals. Without good communication, nothing good can be gotten. In addition, feedback shows how well the employees handle various stress and adversity. Therefore, lack of feedback can easily lead to demonization and lack of attitude of the employees.
Another common cause of communication challenge is a language barrier (Hyun-Jung, et al., 2018). The language barrier can easily make a communication to be a challenge. For instance, people working in the same organization find it hard to understand one another when they use different languages. To solve this problem, it is important to use one language. In addition, multi-language can be slow and ineffective, thus it is important to try and avoid misunderstanding by displaying all communication in one language, thus it offers easy translation options to all members(Hyun-Jung, et al., 2018). In solving the challenge of lack feedback, it is important to not only receive the feedback, but to act on it too.
Conclusively, communication challenges have caused a lot of problems for many people. Although no one is a perfect communicator, it is important to develop a little habit and patterns. The practices are helpful and help in improving the challenges experienced in communication. In addition, creating a response schedule is productive to solve communication challenges.
