In the current world, the success of the business depends on the choice of the leaders who are supposed to manage the organization and ensure that resources are fully utilized to maximize profits. There are various kinds of leaders that I have witnessed to perform their duties and they did the following for the success of the business.
Firstly, they had the virtue of honesty. Any manager in an organization needs to be trusted by everyone to make sure that he/she is given ample time when planning for the activities concerning the business. Also, they portrayed good communication skills that will make sure that everyone in the organization understands the intended purpose of communication. They also focused on aspects concerning the firm to make sure that the objectives of the business are achieved with ease. They were also creative so as to keep the base of the developing technology to make sure that the business always produces the best as expected by the management (Mumford et al., 2007).
However, there are some leadership skills that need to be eliminated among the managers because it may lead to the failure of the business if not well thought and identified early enough in the business. There are many leaders that I have encountered and who are incompetent by portraying inefficiencies in their management. Firstly, they lack transparency in whatever they are doing. In most cases, it is observed that they misuse the funds meant for development.

Wait! Leadership. paper is just an example!

Also, most of them did not want to buy ideas from other stakeholders. They always make decisions based on their own ideas, which sometimes were not correct. Lastly, most of them did not let go their ego thus failing as a good leader (Marks et al., 2000).
