LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION
To Whom It May Concern
It is a great joy to write this letter for Priyanka. I am recommending you to grant a place for her in your company. Until just lately, I was Priyanka’s Chief Technology Officer, Spring ML, a premier Machine Learning partner with Google Cloud; I have worked closely with Priyanka as our Machine Learning Consultant. We deal with businesses to model and implement Machine Learning projects on the Google Cloud Platform. These projects can span a variety of domains and techniques. Priyanka has excelled in her role, exhibiting one of the highest levels of productivity. Priyanka gave a high volume of work while always maintaining high principles for excellence and accuracy.
Through our work related interactions, I have realized that she has the decisive “can do” approach while taking on all everyday jobs with an optimistic energy. We have managed to together on more than ten engagements. She is a sharp, has a great grasp of machine learning concepts, she is always keen to learn new things, able to work independently and a strong asset to have on the team.
She is efficient and follows up on the details essential to coordinate events of this kind and operate a professional office. Earlier this year, she worked on anomaly detection in massive amount of flight data. The client for this project requested we use a Conditional Variational Auto Encoder (CVAE). I asked Priyanka to take this up since she is very comfortable exploring new domains.

Wait! letter of recommendation paper is just an example!

She learnt about Variational Auto Encoders (VAE) and CVAE by reading previous research papers on them. She then designed a CVAE that could generate new flight data based on input conditions and highlight as potential anomalies flight patterns that were very different from its generated data. We later also tested this logic on identifying anomalies in stock market movement for a stock and found it worked quite well.
Practical in anticipating growing organizational needs, she takes initiative to go above the expected limit of her job. Recently she worked on the problem of identifying the presence, placement, and quantity of items on a retail shelf. This is a challenging and promising area for application of Machine Learning. She worked with the client to collect around 450 shelf images spanning many products with the goal of identifying and counting 30 high value SKUs. She used transfer learning to build a Faster RCNN model. With some refinements, the model could identify the presence and position of a product with 90% accuracy for each class! The client was very impressed by the performance of her model.
In my opinion, she has the rich blend of creativity, curiosity, meticulousness, and a strong desire to solve well any problem presented to her. She is a leader and at her best in a group setting, and is consciously practical at getting full participation of all other group members to get the best outcome achievable. She has a helpful personal style.
I offered to write this commendation for her since I am grateful for her efforts in office and certain that she has the aptitude and work ethic to put in value anywhere she works.
Please feel open to make contact with me if you have any inquiries concerning this exceptional young woman.
Yours Sincerely,
