The Long-Term Care Homes Act, 2007. The LTCHA is intended to help make sure that citizens of long-term care households receive consistent, secure, high-quality and safe resident-centred precaution. The aim is the creation of long-term care home surroundings where these residents feel comfortable at home, are handled with respect, and have the provisions and services they require for health and their well-being. LTC in Relation to the act is provided by it to residents from all walks of life and of all ages (which depends on the needs of these individuals).
