My Favorite Food (fish)

Abstract
My favourite food is fish. I take this food at least twice a day. In fact, there are times when I feel like eating fish even for breakfast. The meal is straightforward and quick regarding preparations. One can cook it alongside other meals. More so, it can be roasted. Roasted fish is very delicious. I will continue taking my delightful dinner because it is a highly nutritious meal. Various researchers have credited fish as the healthiest meal. It contains, among other nutrients, the omega-3 fatty acids. These nutrients are essential when it comes to the body development. Vitamin D nutrient is also present in the fish meal. This nutrient is beneficial in the body of a man in that it is a steroid hormone. Many people lack this vitamin as shown by various studies. Fish also help in skin and hair improvement. In case people take diets containing low fats, the skin and hair are left in need of the nutrients. The immediate consequence for this need is the dry skin. They help to maintain a shiny hair as well as good skin.
Fish is my favourite food. It is a highly nutritious meal. According to “Background to Clean Care is Safer Care” (2018), fish is very rich in protein, low-fat food among other nutrients like eating food daily because it is a low-fat food and hence very healthy. The white-fleshed fish is the best for me. Fish can easily supplement nutrients to the human body. The other content found in fish is the omega-3 fatty acid (“Background to Clean Care is Safer Care,” 2018).

Also, fish contains low bad fats, unlike the red meat. Aside from various facts, both evidence and non-evidence based, I have significant reasons why I love the fish meal. Fish is delicious, and it takes just a short period for preparations. The gist of the essence of this paper relies on the fact that I always like talking about fish because it is still on top of my list of daily menu.
The growth and development of human body rely heavily on the Omega-3 fatty acids. Fish provides these nutrients sufficiently. The Omega 3-acids usually accumulate in developing brain and eyes as well. Pregnant women, for instance, are supposed to eat fish because they will give them a lot of omega3 fatty acids. The nursing mothers are also served by the above purpose. However, there are certain types of fish rich in mercury. Pregnant women are not supposed to eat such kinds of fish, including raw and uncooked fish.
Additionally, fish is an essential food because it lowers the individual’s risk of acquiring heart attack or stroke. According to various researchers, people who are used to eating fish have the lower risk of acquiring heart complication like the heart attack. The ‘good fats’ contained in fish is beneficial when it comes to chances of heart attack. Such fat is useful and, it enhances the retaining of the healthy heart.
Fish meal is also rich in vitamin D. Many people lack vitamin D as shown by various studies. However, by eating fish, the level of vitamin D intake in the body increases. Even though people are requested to consider getting sufficient amount of sunlight as a source of vitamin D, fish and fish products provide the best alternative. The individual who eats fish regularly is advantageous in that his/her vitamin D nutrient in the body is supplemented.

In conclusion, fish also play significant roles in reducing depression. In fact, cases of people taking their lives as a result of stress and depression have become rampant. Some individuals have killed themselves on getting overwhelmed with anxiety, lonely and sadness. In fact, one of the leading problems in the world is depression. But omega -3 fatty acids can aid in treating low if they are supplemented with antidepressant medications. The fact that fish aid in the development of brain makes it my favourite food. More so, fish is highly delicious. My love for fish is rooted deeply in research, and I have no plans to stop consuming fish.
