According to Bhattacharya & Mishra (2015), diabetic patients with pressure ulcers often complain of decreased mobility and reduce sensation abilities. The existing methods of healing patients suffering from Pressure Ulcers Stage 2 and 3 include the use of antibiotic creams and daily dressing (Boyko et al., 2018). These methods tend to take time thus keep patients in the hospitals for weeks. Other techniques such as the use of low-pressure pulsatile lavage show promising abilities to cut down the healing time thus reducing the time the patients undergo treatment in hospitals.
