Dina, K., & Dina, R. (2015). Raw Food Nutrition Handbook, the: An Essential Guide to
Understanding Raw Food Diets. Healthy Living Publications.
This book consists of peer-reviewed research which focuses mainly on eating raw foods. The book helps the reader to understand the various nutritional differences that exist between plant-based diet, a raw and a standard western diet. The book does not require a person to know about nutrition, but instead, it equips a person with the basic of nutrition. The book stipulates the various nutrients that are found in raw foods and are essential to the body.

concept for understanding nutrition–. The American journal of clinical nutrition,

This journal is important to my nutritional topic since it helps in the understanding of the various health benefits that a person gets by putting together a synergistic dietary pattern. The book helps in the understanding as to why constituents delivered by food that is taken directly from their biological environment tend to have different effects and nutrients as compared to those gotten through technological processing.

Wait! Nutrition and Diet Article review paper is just an example!

The book explains the various health and medical procedures which are based on personal experience training. The aim as to why the book aims at personal experience training is because each person is unique. It explains about the different types of nutrients that are in different types of food and how they help the body.
Mahmudor,    Can you tell us what your actual topic might be?  Are you going to investigate the RAW FOOD movement?    I have had some successful final projects on that topic.
The importance of natural food diets to the human body-Topic
Natural foods are critical in nutrition. They are the primary sources of life-sustaining factors. My topic thus breaks down the different scholarly works presented in regards to natural foods. The first review outlines the importance of natural foods by equating these foods to western diets and other raw meals. The book is the best source of basic nutrition and helps equip one with the necessary skills on different nutritive values of natural diets. The second review also supports the topic by taking a more in-depth approach towards understanding the role of raw and natural foods on human health. It outlines the nutritional impacts of food upon one adopting a synergistic dietary pattern. The second review further outlines the differences between natural foods and technologically processed foods by looking at the differences between the two with regards to metabolism. The body metabolizes and uses natural foods differently in comparison to technologically sourced foods. While natural foods have different medicinal and healthy values, technologically processed foods are mainly junk with minimal nutritional values. In fact, technologically processed foods help proliferate dangerous nutritional health implications such as obesity and heart disease. The third and final review also takes a more specific approach to understanding the nutritional value of natural foods. It helps explain how different food sources play additional medicinal roles. While the world is now more dependent on pharmaceutical drugs as the main healing substances, plant foods also play a significant role in promoting and sustaining human health. Different herbs such as marijuana have been heralded for their role in alleviating certain critical health conditions such as cancer. Some common food additives and sources such as vegetables and fruits also play a role in enhancing human health. That is why the three reviews form the foundation of my topic.
This looks like a great post, the citations look great and it talks a little bit about the topic. I’ just curious what is the topic as a more clarification.
