Before we get started, allow me to introduce the membership, the benefits, and the details of Toastmaster Organization.
Background of Toastmasters International
Toastmasters International (TI) as a nonprofit educational organization emerges to serve its members to improve their communication, leadership, and public speaking skills. Its center of operations is in the United States of America that galvanizes the same clubs globally to enhance the speaking skills among members and to highlight their interests in public speeches and dialogues (Slutsky, 1997). In fact, the focal responsibility of the toastmaster is to act as hospitable and war host to conduct the whole program, which includes the introduction to the participants and distribution of the awards. On the other way around, the toastmaster should present the program participants that stimulates the spectators and persuades them to listen. The toastmaster should then fashion an atmosphere of attention and perspective (Slutsky, 1997). Furthermore, the role of a toastmaster as long as he is ready to give the details of the speakers and to brief the evaluators.

Joining the Toastmasters Organization
In joining the Toastmasters Organization, members gain effective communication and speaking skills. The Toastmasters Organization gives members the courage to talk in a sensible manner while improving their flow of speech. After series of training and public speaking, these members will gain confidence, improve their reasoning skills, and develop their sense of accomplishments (Frey, 2004). They will learn the significance of the toastmaster’s role and purpose of the organization. Moreover, the overall assessor in Toastmasters Organization performs the assessment portion of the meeting. He is accountable for the speakers’ or members’ assessment if they commit speaking problems such as “ah counter expressions”, “grammar faults”, and “timing”. As the general evaluator, one can recognize and authorize meeting coursework with the time-keeper, grammarian, and Ah-Counter. In doing so, members can get great benefits in Toastmasters to become a more effective conversationalist, understand language rules and vocabulary skills, exercise time management skills, learn to give a precise, constructive, and useful reaction, and express to enthuse.
The Role of the Toastmaster
Most members of the Toastmasters Organization find success in speaking and leadership skills. They can lead groups and big organizations since they have the advantage over the years of training. They can convince other people to listen to them and persuade them to believe what they wish them to believe. In other words, Toastmasters Organization makes people become great public speakers and leaders who can run for the supportive club environments (Slutsky, 1997). Certainly, many people want to join Toastmasters to practice talking in front of the people. Furthermore, the role of the Toastmaster oversees the meeting in which club members deliver their speeches and take their assessments. The presence of the Chairman holds the control of the meeting; nevertheless, the Toastmaster introduces each speaker, calls up the evaluators after the speaker’s speech, and turn the control of the meeting over the Chairman. In many occasions, the role of the Toastmaster is to chair a forum, to present the speakers, or to serve as the Master of Ceremonies in any special gatherings.
How to Join Toastmaster Organization
To join Toastmaster Organization, members need to pay transcontinental dues less than fifty dollars every six months. Conversely, many club organizations outside the Toastmaster’s district will only collect the international subscriptions and fees less than thirty-five dollars paid for every six months. Additionally, all new members will pay a one-time fee of twenty dollars. Then, they need to undergo the registration process. Firstly, new members need to visit a club and find clubs near them by using the “Find a Club” tool. Indeed, each club has its own ethics and principles; hence, they have to feel free to explore more than one club to find the one that is suitable for them probably at the nearest location. Secondly, they can inquire the vice president association for a membership request when they find the club that they want to join. They can fill it out and return it with their dues to the vice president membership. Thirdly and finally, they will receive a greeting email from Toastmasters International with starter guidelines after the admittance. From there, they can request their vice president education for a counselor, and they can employ for their first speaking assignment.
Before the Meeting
The Toastmaster Organization will send the meeting agenda to all club members with particulars of presenters and assessors. In this case, the toastmaster should contact the speakers before the conference, generally one day or two days before the meeting. Then, should ask members or speakers of the speech manual, assignment roles, objectives of the speech, speech title, and many others. In other words, Toastmaster should be keen enough to address the components so that he can make the flow of the meeting smooth and sound.

Occasionally, new Toastmasters tend to disremember to hand in their manual to the evaluators in which some experienced Toastmasters who evaluate speakers may not be aware they evaluate due to the excitement or the spur of the moment. Then, the Chairman check the appearance of the attendees at the commencement of the assembly.
