My learning process was memorable because the research gave a deeper insight into the topic which revolved around the Starbucks and the various stakeholders affiliated to the firm. I had been to Starbucks a few times but mainly for meals and from the assignment I got a different perspective on the business. The paper sought to determine how the organization was in a position create a balance by ensuring all the stakeholders with vested interests are not left out of the operations. Focusing on the stakeholders of Starbucks was new to me as well as the information I retrieved for the library database. I liked the experienced and was overwhelmed by the bulk of information that can be extracted concerning the topic.

The revision had an impact on the final draft and the changes made you were an eye-opener to writing a comprehensive research paper. For instance, there are parts in the article where we mentioned Starbucks had 24000 and another 25000 and showed that we lacked consistency during the whole process. The team was excited about the opportunity of researching one of the favorite eateries in the college. We held meetings on campus and sometimes we kept in touch through communicating via messages. Cooperation was crucial for us, and it helped in the collection of data. Your comments were necessary and a guideline on how a proper research paper should be written. The knowledge retrieved from the corrections will come in handy in the future and other professions after completing college.
