The documentary that entails awesome details on health and nutrition was done by Corrina Rachel, a certified holistic health coach from a virtual health coach. The documentary is known as “What to Eat, Basic Nutrition, Weight Loss, and Healthy Diet.” Most interesting facts brought about by the documentary are the fact that it assists one to know about food allergies which is one of the food health problems. The documentary advises on nutrients and proportions to consume and their side effects when excessively consumed. The documentary elaborates on fruits, vegetables, white floor, wheat grains, dairy products, legumes, nuts and seed and finally meat (Nwaru et al. 994).
The documentary gives directions on foods to be taken in cases of hunger, the importance of different foods on the human body. The wheat flour used to make bread is both fiber and nutrient-rich and has an absolute zero calories and also assists in controlling sugar level. Wheat grains are also reached in fiber, easy to prepare and are also easy to digest. Legumes, however, are the best protein sources though with beans there is a problem in digestion (Nwaru et al. 995).
Dairy products, however, are challenging to select on which one of them should be consumed. Nevertheless, from the documentary, it is advisable that whenever someone buys a dairy product, he/she should check on the note ‘’pasture raised” or ‘’grass fed” to be sure of consuming the required nutrients.

Both meat and dairy products consumption is left for consumers to make their informed decision on whether to consume them or not. However, it is also advisable that regulated consumptions are taken into consideration (Nwaru et al. 995).
Nuts and Seeds are the best substitutes for rice; they ensure healthy brains. Other meats such as fish also known as wildcat are also advised to be consumed rather than the red meat. However, one should avoid foods cooked at very high temperatures which aid in producing Acrylamide a cancer-causing chemical caused when food is cooked at high temperature. The benefits of the documentary outweigh the disadvantages hence I would recommend the documentary (Nwaru et al. 995).
The documentary is also not biased since it is not rigid and allows consumers to make their own decisions based on controversial issues on meat and dairy products.
