Abstract
Medical administration is considered to be the process by which knowledge and skills, based on medicine, are offered by a registered physician or a clinical officer. The knowledge and skills can be efficiently utilized in the health and the safety of the individual under consideration. The most significant challenge in mental health care is observed during the administration of medical services. Different individuals have different needs and requirements mainly because of the difference in experiences during migration period. It is, therefore, difficult to figure out the medical consideration needed by the different persons who have different migration experiences. In dealing with the individual, a physician or health care officer need to make various decisions based on the factors experienced by an individual. The following document will major on a discussion of how culture may affect how the medical administration is offered and how the psychologists may understand how they can understand cultural diversity.

Medical Administration
Psychologists are expected to understand both the culture and the ethnic factors so that they may be able to provide the necessary and the required psychological based services. Psychologists are mainly motivated by the rapidly growing political and the social availability of the varied cultural based groups (Jarvis 2012). New values as well as believes have been raised as a result of expectations based on culture, which are then incorporated in education, the healthcare systems and businesses.

The subject of culture impacts how the psychologists will provide the required services. In order to be able to offer professional services to the people of different cultures, the psychologists are required to have a social and cultural framework, whose purpose is to put into consideration the diversity values, the styles in which the cultures interact with one another, and the culturally based expectations (Jarvis et al. 2012). They are not only required to have the knowledge but also skills which will enable them to assess the different cultures and equip them with the ability to identify the cultural ranges.
Pre-migration and post-migration are some of the commonly known components of migration trajectory. Each of the phases is influenced by some risks, in addition to exposure. The existence of the diverse types of complications related to mental health may be a result of the natural experience during migration, mainly based on the difficulty experienced in the past, especially during resettlement (Jarvis 2012).
Children who suffer from mental disorders are allowed to get profits from the conventions of the United Nations which highlight the rights of the children (Jarvis 2012). The reasons are supposed to be implemented and followed by the open government. The convention is supposed to be applied to all children, from different cultural backgrounds and societies. However, these rights are neglected in many countries. The extent of the mental health problems has not been sufficiently determined by the decision makers and different administrations (Jarvis 2012). The issues include the mental health problems which are encountered by children who are mainly oppressed during provision of labor, oppression based on sex, or the adolescents who are made to migrate forcefully for political and economic motives.
