RE: PROMISE TO IMPROVE THE WORK OUTPUT
I hereby wish to give my promise to you concerning the dismal performance of the company in the past few months. I do appreciate the provision of the requirements that were lacking in the company in the past month that is now well sorted in this month. As the head of the sales in this mobile company, my team and I have made appropriate arrangement to ensure that the sales are done as required (Ward np). We have ensured that all factors that have been causing the poor performance in the company are well taken care of. Some of the factors that have been causing the poor performance of the sales in the company have been factors such as the inadequacy of the advertisement which has been well acquainted as well as the manpower among others that have also been sorted. We do not have any reason to perform dismally anymore.
I will take full responsibility to ensure that the poor performance of the sales in the company is completely eradicated (Ward np). And also I will make use of the improvement that is have been enhanced in the company and also applies the new policy on how the employees should work, for instance, we will make a schedule showing the day in which a particular employee should work. There will also be proper supervision of the employees to make sure that they work as required by the new policy.

I promise you that the poor performance in the sales sector in the company will never happen again and the manpower provided will be used appropriately to ensure that the profit is experienced in the company as required (Ward np). You can trust me with the work that will be done in this new year with the new team that we have in place.
