Consumer Health
Consumer health is a platform that seeks to bridge the gap between patients and health resources, whether it is medical information or the access to medicine itself. The platform has eased access to medicine in times of emergencies as well as other provided clients with the opportunity to select the most viable and their referential choice in medical care. My knowledge of consumer health is good based on the score as I have access to as much information regarding my health, while other platforms such as advertisements also serve as a motivation to learn more regarding my health conditions and that of my family and friends. Consumer health is also quite vital in behavior change, more so when assessing the impact, the change will have on your health since not all choices can only be made promptly without minding the health.
My lifestyle is quite healthy given that it incorporates, healthy eating and physical exercises (Davis, 3). Through the food, I can get as much energy, fat, proteins to enhance the building and repairs of the worn out muscles in the body among other functions. The physical exercises, on the other hand, help keep me fit, ensuring that my body organs; the heart, lungs and the brain among others are all functioning efficiently (Davis, 5), especially since physical health boost mental health as well.
Consumer health has been seen to influence other dimensions of health and content areas as well. For instance, with an advertisement regarding a drug, will prompt someone with the condition to seek out the drug and even ask for the generic ones if they exist.

However, responses from customers have in the past been relied on to conduct more research in o the areas which has led to the development of more and better drugs to handle different conditions without much side effects.
