My life is occupied by many issues like concentrating in school studies, and I recently established my own small-scale business. Personally, I am an upcoming designer who is currently specializing in development and sales of street wear clothes. My cloth brand is known as Vintage Class Clothing. My brand sale clothes of various preferences such as accessories, backpacks, hats, handbags, totes, apparel, and wristband. My ambition is to develop my small business into a globally known brand. I have a small team of competent staffs that can assist me to achieve my goals. The team helps in the main areas of business like offering me fashion insights, crucial product development decision and they also market my product through utilizing the social media (Gary, 2016).

Consequently, in my last moment, I would picture my entire life in the perspective of success and happiness. In my view, my happiness is based on doing what I love in the best way. I have always adored interior design and fashion since I was a kid. This has been my life dream that I would establish my own unique brand in the clothing industry that would attract the global attention. The beauty of formulating a design and fashion pattern is that it allows you the freedom to utilize your creativity and in the end, you come up with an item that will attract people`s attention and make them happy in the same time (Gary, 2016).
In short, if I accomplish my fashion goals I will be dying a happy person since I made other people happy through my creativity.

I also train my employees in creativity and management skill. Hence, inspiring other people to be self-sufficient and that would be another success before my death. Lastly, I would like to build an Art and design college that would train the community youths to be professional in this business. After my death, I would like people to remember me as a professional designer who was equipped with fashion skills and entrepreneurial ideologies. Additionally, I would like to be remembered as an individual who fostered changed into the society through inspiring other young people.

Contrarily, my future vision is to establish my clothing brand to be on the same level as that of Ralph Lauren, Ford Tom and Oscar de La Renta who are the popular internationally known fashion designers (Koket, 2013). In order to achieve this vision, I will require certain elements such as leadership skills, perfectionism ability, and social relation skills (Koket, 2013). In leadership skills, I will ensure that my business has the highest staff and client`s satisfactions rate. In perfectionism ability, my brand is based on producing quality cultural themed like Spanish, African, Japanese, Brazilian, and Chinese culture. Currently, modern clothing has dominated the fashion sector, and I believe native-based designs are the future foundation of fashion. In social relation skills, my brand will always support the community through opening Art and Design schools that would assist talented students to advance their talent.

In conclusion, I would like to let go the concept of fear. In many events, various news, blogs, and media sources have highlighted the brutally that exist for new fashion designers in the fashion industry. The fear of having an inadequate level of creativity, pricing mechanism, and branding techniques needed in this business can discourage any new designer (Berkowicz and Myers, 2013). The fashion industry is not convenient for small-scale entrepreneurs, and I will ensure I overcome this fear so that it does not affect me in future. The fear of fail is the old stuff that needs to die in me. Furthermore, I having bad associates is also a bad skin that needs to be shed from me. I would associate myself with creative people who are willing to sponsor my brand to the global avenue.
