Role Development
Role development in nursing concentrates in giving the patients the best experience and leaving an impact on their lives. My perspective within the first six months will be to induce a change in my field department and the people that I work with (“Committee on the Robert Wood,” 2011). I will begin with learning what the people in my department prefer and ensure that I adapt accordingly (Marquis, & Huston, 2009). From that, I will assess how the staff work with patients and relate the results to the expected outcomes. With that, I can point out areas which are bringing negative consequences and induce a change in them.
Staff demotivation in a management system will always result in undesired relations. Motivation within the staff members will form my second perspective which will target at ensuring that people that I work with stay motivated for better results regarding the patient (Rowland, & Rowland, 1997). As a nurse, motivation works excellently in ensuring that the patients receive quality care and that they get engaged through their treatment period (Solari-Twadell, & McDermott, 2006). My role will target at reconciliation every other staff and ensuring that everyone works in enhancing positive relations by executing they respective responsibilities.
Scheduling forms my third perspective and the core responsibility regarding my employment. Managing a system of nurses involves many important activities aiming at providing the best services to the patient (Dreher, & Glasgow, 2011).

Wait! Role Development.edited paper is just an example!

Scheduling involves drafting a routine which the nurses in my department will follow while administering services. That not only improves the relations but enhances carrying out of roles for the individual nurses. The current condition in the department is not encouraging implying that it requires rectification. Scheduling will help in defining an environment with the enhanced flow of activities and misunderstanding which might result in negative relations will be rare.
