A small sample of 45 residents was used for the study. The significance of this small size is that it enables us to reduce the margin of error. This size of the sample was appropriate for the study since the population that was being studied was also fairly small. What this means is that the sample had a high probability of reflecting the true reality of the whole population that was under study. The other importance of the size is that it helped us use less time than we would have had we used a larger sample size (Vincent, 2015).
Data Collection
A few of the methods used to collect data during the research include interviews, administration of questionnaires and observations. Interviews involved conversation in which respondents were asked one-on-one questions. In the case of administration of questionnaires, the respondents were given printed questions and then asked to answer them in writing. They were required to provide brief answers on the spaces provided. Observation method, on the other hand, involved studying the participants to check whether they were having symptoms that would suggest that they were stressed (Sullivan, 2014).
Discussion
The hypothesis of this project was that meditation helps homeless individuals lower their stress levels. One of the limitations of this hypothesis is that this proposition assumes that all homeless individuals do meditation. Meditation is a practice that is associated with certain cultures.

Wait! Sample Data Colection and Discusion Revised paper is just an example!

This practice is also prohibited in most religious organizations. Another limitation of this hypothesis is that it assumes that all homeless individuals are stressed. While it may appear logical that most homeless individuals are stressed, it may surprise you to discover that not all individuals will always be stressed by lacking homes (Daniel, 2014).
