To begin explaining the concept of social change, it is important to go back to the etymological origin of the two words that compose it; First, the word change can be defined as the step or conversion of one thing in another, in relation to the social word, refers to the belonging to a group or community of people. These changes can occur in the values, traditions, norms or material manifestations of the community.
