Social change as an instrument of legal change

When there are changes in relationships, acting, the behavior of individuals belonging to a certain social group, these changes necessarily legal norms must regulate people’s behaviors for good coexistence in society and when balance isis affected by phenomena such as (technology, the evolution of society, new customs, globalization, economic growth, among other phenomena, lawful and illegal) enters the legal norm to regulate this behavior.

Currently, society seems to experience political, economic, social and scientific changes, at an unprecedented speed, not only because of its rhythm and intensity, but because of the enormous possibilities that exist for families of certain social strata, of knowing about them through them throughof the media and the new information technology. One of the central problems is to be able to identify how these processes of change affect countries, societies and these in turn constituted by families.

The opinions of politicians, social scientists and that of citizens in general, can be seen from a pessimistic and sometimes exaggerated point of view in the relationship with the survival of the human being in a society that despite having hundreds of thousands of lawsTo regulate behavior, it seems that they were made for humanity to break them.

It is important to emphasize that since the beginning of the history of humanity the human being has evolved in some in cases for good and others for evil, and to try to regulate their coexistence through common rules for all, nevertheless precisely the ideal of lawIt is a more just and straight society.

Wait! Social Change As An Instrument Of Legal Change paper is just an example!

Ideal that in many cases it is wrongly reflected and does not apply with the rigor that should be

For example: feminicide, before 2015 we did not find it typified as a crime, was considered as a homicide, but the circumstance and continuous murders of women, because of their status as genre and usually by their sentimental partners, made Law 1761 of 2015 born in legal life in Colombia.

“The social change as a means and instrument of legal change, is what serves as the basis for converting what we are needing in society into something regulated to have a legal order, since it must fill the existing emptiness that peopleWe leave, it is also the beginning to realize what we need while we advance as a society, we do not have the same problems of 80 or 100 years ago, we have advanced and the norms and laws must also progress to guide and improve coexistenceamong all"

Ten Picazo says that “for us, jurists, challenge or challenge, increasingchallenge of outline a theory of legal change "

In reality, it would always be in the presence of a change, since the finding modifications in a society can cause alterations in the legal area, in a system where current regulations would be applied, these are formal norms that have as its purpose the rationality ofsociety to promote these changes.

Therefore, it can be said that the social changes on which legal changes depend, have a lot to do with the social context, on the structure of a global society, the political, psychological and even the technological development of the new civilizationsand the way international relations are organized. Using the identification of all those factors that show great meaning in the organization and methods that formulate the regulation of such social changes in relation to the legal phenomena presented in a society. And demonstrate that in social changes it is taken into account is the restructuring of the behavior of individuals of a society, permanently and that causes a great impact on their behavior.
