Social policy, protection and social welfare of adults and infants

Social policy consists of efforts by the State to make a series of programs for the population and their needs. Protection;Born from the idea of protecting the worker and his family having as its purpose the social action. Finally, social welfare, is the guaranteed recognition of social rights through both universal and selective public services and benefits that constitute equity and equal social opportunities.

In Latin America, the social status “in form” was never culminated, it is born and expanded linked to the work society that implants the worker’s security and protection measures, however, they omitted other social problems that society has together such as the equity ofgender, family, health, education and loss or fragility of work and many more.

In Peru there are several social programs that are obviously to mitigate the extreme poverty that still persists in Peru, but these programs have shortcomings and weaknesses that must give it a new approach or a general review.

DEVELOPING

In Peru, social policies are applied and this can be seen with all the social programs that exist today such as the Together, Pension 65, Qali Warma, glass of milk, popular dining rooms among others that although it is directed for populations for populationsmore vulnerable as much as in urban and rural areas;projected to reduce chronic malnutrition and malnutrition due to anemia in young children who are the most vulnerable to have social well -being.

Wait! Social Policy, Protection And Social Welfare Of Adults And Infants paper is just an example!

And there are a number of requirements to be one of the beneficiaries that have to be reviewed because there are a number of problems and doubts regarding this due to complaints that have been presented and that are not reaching those who really need it but to peopleThey have a stable economy.

Although Peru is a moderately economic growth, this is not reflected in a sector of the population that is of extreme poverty by which there are several imperfections or weaknesses that exist in various social programs in which two important changes should be presented: The first is the increase in budget and due attention to the population that is oriented, the second is the improvement of its efficiency and efficiency reforming its organization and operation of this.

There are a lot in the years in which several programs are present that several of their beneficiaries have accustomed them to receive without giving anything in return and they would be becoming care programs. While the child and the elderly need these programs over time should be set aside because the population somehow has to have the ability to stay because the objective of the programs is to reduce poverty and child malnutrition.

Social programs must be in the short term, and not being maintained for life and that becomes part of the culture of vulnerable populations to receive help without having to overcome themselves. More promotional programs must.

There must be more programs addressed to young people to help them who do not fall into crime, adolescent pregnancy; To families guide them by giving them talks to the good education of their children and something that is leaving aside and that is extremely important is the mental health of children, youth and adults who unfortunately in Peru there is no policy to address that issue.

There are programs such as in our neighboring country in Bolivia that managed to reduce poverty, extreme poverty and social welfare; However, social inequalities still persist in the geographical field. While in Peru we still cannot say that our programs are really good due to the deficiencies that are for example with the Qali Warma program, that many of the food sent by the State is already defeated by which children get intoxicated and pension65 is not well focused due to the complaints that are filed because there is a sector of the population that really needs it is not receiving this benefit and also to bureaucratic procedures that do not help the elderly and even more in rural areas by rural areas byThe language problem that there is no good communication.

CONCLUSION

Each social program must be well focused for the most vulnerable and needy sectors taking into account professionals for this program. At present they have to have a general review because the weaknesses they have and that must be strengthened.

Social programs must be in the short term not to make the population dependent and arrive to be a care state that has no positive for the poorest populations.

The Peruvian State must put more emphasis on the education and health of its population that the two most important pillars for the good development of the country and not only economically but socially work the human capital that it has and to empower the vulnerable populations of thissociety.
