The effectiveness of using an email or a cover letter during survey depends on how one employs the basic components of what makes up a good email or cover letter. A cover letter, for example, based on how effective it will determine how a respondent will likely complete a survey questionnaire (How to Design a Survey, 2018). There are several vital things one has to keep in mind when making a cover a letter. I have learned that things such as signature, literature, flattering and personalization of the message should be given a keen focus when making a survey cover letter and email invitations. Incentives play a significant role during surveys. Incentives normally include gifts, key rings and lottery participation among others (How to Design a Survey, 2018). However, it has been proved that monetary incentives are more effective than other incentives. I have learned that incentives as a motivation to the respondents. Increasing the incentives is likely to increase the rate of responses. For a good email or a cover letter, one must, therefore, include their basic components such as signature, personalized message, and good literature.

Quantitative researches are able to identify advertisement products and issues in any area of using the focus groups. In the second subtopic recognition and rewards are analyzed in the context of employee motivation. At least 66% of employees will feel that they are not contributing to their organizations’ performance if they are not rewarded or recognized. According to the findings, employee recognition and reward creates a good working environment which leads to work motivation and satisfaction. Both focus group in advertisements and employee recognition are fundamental in determining the success of a business.
