Bioethics is a branch of ethics that is dedicated to providing the principles for correct human behavior regarding life, both of human and non -human life, as well as the environment in which acceptable conditions can occur for life. Currently, Bioethics faces problems that are the result of today’s social situation: the fragmentation of morals and the great advances of science and technology. Have we questioned what will be the way we will die? Would our death be painful, caused by some disease, or simply a quiet death, a death that comes due to natural causes? Would we choose to die in a painless and clean way, we would do it? These are some questions that we relate to euthanasia, but before entering it, what is euthanasia? According to the SAR, euthanasia is the act of intentionally provoking the death of a person suffering from an incurable disease to prevent him from suffering or death without pain, discomfort or physical sufferings.

It has its origins in ancient Greece and derives from ‘eu’, which means well, and “thanatos”, which is equivalent to death. In Greece, euthanasia was well seen, it was even related to an act of honor, because it was preferable to have a good death to suffer a bad life for some disease. Already in the Middle Ages, the Church was responsible for making it see how something bad, because they had the belief that life was a gift from God and only he could decide when and how he took it from us.

Today, euthanasia is involved in a controversy that encompasses religious, scientific, moral, etc.

There are different types of euthanasia, each of them different in a certain aspect:

• Direct euthanasia

It is called direct euthanasia to the action of provoking death in cases where a person’s disease is terminal. This is carried out by health professionals and can be subdivided into two forms, active and passive euthanasia.

• Active euthanasia

This subtype of euthanasia can be considered the most common. It is performed by introduction in the patient of medicines or certain elements that will subsequently cause the death of this.

• Passive euthanasia: this type of direct euthanasia that consists in the suppression of what keeps the patient alive or the omission of the application of a certain treatment. This can sometimes happen such as assisted breathing cases.

• Indirect euthanasia: This type of euthanasia is one in which it is not intended to cause the death of the person, what is attempted on this occasion is to make the strong pain caused by some disease disappear.

Euthanasia is definitely related to life and death; Talking about life and death is a matter of controversy, speaking of life and death is of great complexity, but to a more general point of view life is still more complex, because in the simple fact of dying You will only stop being inhabited in this earth’s sphere and life is complex because we could really question if we really exist, if not only a dream, why we are here, it is a parallel world that we are sung, all this this Type of questions can arise with a simple word with 4 letters called "life", I think that if we could define "life" we would do it or define it as that capacity that all that living being has to feel in great volume freedom, the Freedom to breathe, the freedom to choose what we want at an ethical and subjective point, the freedom to express ourselves according to the externalization of each of our senses and simply the freedom to live in an E Spacio in any way. Lately there has been much to talk about this issue in the nations, about whether it should be a right of citizens to make these types of decisions or try to know more, and we believe that it should be taken as that right of freedom to decide to die whenWe are between "the sword and the wall".

Focusing a little more on a disease issue, having a patient in the terminal state will never know what he thinks or tries to say about his mood or health, the patient may try to communicate but nevertheless communicationIt is almost nil, making a decision at the person’s place is very difficult, it mayapparatus on your life depends.

Speaking in religious terms … life is sacred and we all have the right to it since every human being is unique and unrepeatable, when talking about the value of life, religious and moral terms are used aside, in religious terms life isconsiders sacred and valuable because God gives it and he should be the only one who can remove it.

The relationship between euthanasia and suicide, is one of the most popular arguments, if euthanasia and suicide are accepted we would also be accepting murder and eugenics, in other words if we take the step "A" and we carry it out by theStep "B" will bring many repercussions that will lead to others and you are to others and so on

In our culture, death is conceived as an irremediable and almost absolute evil, so it can be immoral for a professional who cannot help someone to take their lives to heal their suffering, since we cannot point out that euthanasia orSuicide are always major evils where diseases request such due to circumstances, are not rejectable, if not as an absolute evil.

Euthanasia has raised how a theme of controversy, thus causing the fight between what is the right opinion about it, the "yes must" or the "should not". Yes applying it is necessary and must be valid in all situations that meet the requirements to be carried out, always taking into account the people to whom this action will affect.

The right to decent life means that anyone should and has to be responsible and protagonist of their own life, that no one can strip them of this right, they cannot control, intimidate, deprive or violate the actions that a person performs without harming secondsand third. Therefore, the right to decent death also enters, all that person who is in an irremediable situation, full of suffering and without any possibility of being able to avoid all this, must be responsible for making the decision.

This option must be totally free choice by the patient, being analyzed from their pros and cons, such as the following given and exposed by the "Bioethics for All" page:

Pros:

• Each person has the right to make decisions with aspects related to their lives, including their death.
• Terminal patients may have feelings of uselessness.
• The cost of maintaining a patient in a terminal state.
• Euthanasia is a compassionate act of helping to die with dignity. Helping to die from a person who is suffering is better, than to keep it alive when death can no longer be avoided.

Cons:

• Euthanasia is a phenomenon that begins as an exception and ends up becoming a normal alternative, thus committing abuse, as in cases that are used by depression to euthanasia.
• Medicine has countless drugs to control pain. In this way you can try to handle pain without taking a person’s life (palliative care)
• Is attentive against the sacramentality of life.
• It is considered suicide or homicide.

It has to be careful when analyzing this alternative, the values that it implies and the validation of the rights of every person, from the perspective of the doctor, the family and the patient, is not only the rapid death, but is the omission ofsuffering, traumatizing scenes and the dignity of the affected.

After covering the pros and cons of the theme discussed, euthanasia, now we have to give our point of view.

We will resume some of the most important pros and cons.

Is it correct or not? It is the main question where we have to place ourselves in different scenarios, it is not the same to give our opinion or be in the situation.

People are free to choose how to live their life, even end it, that is a super important point, the counterpart is that this action is wrong, a person should not end their lives or decide that of anotherperson, it looks even as suicide and homicide respectively.

For a family that does not have the necessary resources to maintain the life of a relative ill from terminal status, that is where euthanasia enters and decides what to do with the patient.

Euthanasia is wrong when a person is in depression (or any other psychological or physical problem) commits suicide, that yes, people are responsible for themselves and they decide what they want to do with their lives but that apart from that it is acowardice act is an immoral act.

Euthanasia is good, human beings are the ones who decide how to use it, if for better or worse, it offers many pros and many cons, but our team has concluded that people are the ones who misuse themThis technique that helps us.

In conclusion, human beings are the one who implements in a "good" or "bad" way euthanasia.
