The Polyface Farm
Joel Salatin is a delighted farmer of the Polyface farm. He is always happy about the milestones he has made in farming as this is evident from how he talks to those who visit his farm. He regards life on the farm with overwhelming joy since he has done it most of his life. He loves the intrigues of nature and respects the animals as creatures of God whom he loves for their significant contribution to the unconventional methods he applies in farming.
Farms like Polyface are a solution to the industrial food chain as well as the way of farming only if many farmers are encouraged to embrace the system. Since the benefits are plenty including healthy food and conservation of the environment, it is good if the agricultural practices are appreciated. This aspect is because the natural methods are mostly practical in small farms so the more the number of farms then the possibility to replace industrial efficiencies and feed a large population.
What most people do not want to conceptualize is that industrial methods however fast and with more financial benefits will cost them in future. Health repercussions of consuming industrial food are not instant but appear with time. Consequently, land degradation means that there is the risk of losing fertile land thus rendering the soil unsuitable for agriculture. The future financial implications are enormous only that people chose to ignore.
Food from Polyface farm is better than whole foods because of the nutritious value.

This fact emanates from the farming methods applied during their growth unlike for whole foods that are corn filled and made of meat whose source is not guaranteed. Polyface farm allows consumers to see how their products get nurtured and this is more healthy and safe for consumption.
