The social doctrine of the Church tries to cover and solve social and economic conflicts which are some of the societies, projecting and distinguishing what it is and that it is not the project of God, transmitting lessons reflected in morals and in thepeople of people from the religious sphere.

It is unfortunate that Ecuador is among the most corrupt countries in Latin America. The Church indicates that, the phenomenon of corruption occurs on all sides and that has no transparency, on the contrary, corrupt countries make their citizens believe that the country has better progress due to decision making by theGovernment aimed at corruption. Influencing education as a very relevant factor since a mediocre society will be more vulnerable and susceptible to believing in demagogies by the political parties aimed at exercising power.

Currently the Vatican due to numerous conflicts and disorders that have occurred because of corruption, has taken measures in order to direct people with a straight reason. That is why an international conference organized by the Pontifical Council on the subject has been held the fight against corruption . The reason for the conference was to have a better knowledge about corruption, so that the methods to counteract this phenomenon which is inevitable in all countries would specify, clarify the contribution that the Church can give to carry out these measures ofsolutions.

Since the Church aims to resolve silver conflicts in society, and corruption is a great phenomenon that has transformed Latin American society today. In such a way that they are violating the posterity of governments, truncating so much political, economic, social progressivity, and in all obstacles we can say that corruption has become a phenomenon, which has no limits so most of it is aMaintenance in the economic field, corruption in case it generates social injustices that cause great weakness within the State and those who make it up since they only ensure their own interests, but not by those of citizens, as a consequence a slow weakening progress bothPublic and private institutions who are successful and meet the needs of citizens who make up the Ecuadorian State.

The intention of the Catholic Church is the interaction with harmony in such a way that it fits the social principles and norms of the Church as are the encyclicals. The doctrine on social and economic matter of the encyclical rerum novarum had been proclaimed again and again, of word and in writing, by the same Leo XIII and for their successors, which did not stop insisting on it and adapting it conveniently to the circumstances ofThe times when the occasion was presented, always putting ahead, in the defense of the poor and the weak. The encyclical rerum novarum tells us about work, which is a characteristic that distinguishes man from others, guaranteeing his subsistence within society. Because of corruption there has been great violation of work currently in Ecuador since there is nepotism by both public and private servers, intervening personal well -being.

It is here where corruption exercises great power, since it is transcendently as work places are exercised, in some way the idea of justice is not conceived, what about young people who have completed their university career and do not havejob ?, Here is violating the right of a person, who cannot obtain a job because there is nepotism. In the Paradigm of the Social Restoration Leo XIII, it intervenes about institutional reforms, by the State, which accuses of vice of power there is individualism, corruption has reached the extreme in such a way that it is impregnated, not only accumulating wealthbut also appears tyranny and economic power in the hands of few.

With economic hegemonic fines in order to take over political power abusing authority. The social doctrine of the Church maintains the fair relationship and proper functioning by both public and private companies and that if the company generates benefits, it is presumed that rights and obligations are being fulfilled, but that situation cannot be provided that byThe companies are not serving properly there is a violation and exploitation in workers. So that the intervention of the State is not being fulfilled to regulate these behaviors and acts that process great instability not only in the economic margin of the country are also in the dignity of the person the Church considers corruption as the main factor that distortsThe principles and values of people from a naturalistic point as rational beings, it makes the man who wants to acquire power and for them to reach the impossible to achieve it, it is here where corruption acquires great power.

The social doctrine of the Church tries to explain the reality that exists in society, interpret it, analyze that it is and that are not the principles of God, as an objective a correct society where effective justice and transparency by governments. Taking into account the values that in case it is the main thing or where we start to act righteously. The Church is not political, but they intervene since corruption usually occurs in governments, violating many rights of those who confirm the Ecuadorian State, the Church analyzes these cases and intervenes to illuminate and deepen prince and values, assuming its social commitmentThrough faith, having its principles in the Holy Scriptures based on the dignity and rights of people who make up the Ecuadorian State.

The Church is not to assume the role of power but testimony and services to communities, starting from the most vulnerable people. Because to get to have an orderly society, morality is essential, ethics so that people do not go on an incorrect path towards corruption.
