The transgression of universal human rights

What would you think if I told you that universal rights do not apply and exercise in some countries? From small state factors that harm minority groups to massive wars where the natural rights we have as human beings are completely taken away without any choice;A very complex and controversial question with which we will stumble upon the course of our education and in life in general.

The Declaration of Human Rights has been one of the main achievements that humanity has achieved; After the horrors of World War II, on December 10, 1948, the entire world was in the need to write a document where the rights of all of us are detailed and defendant. This text was welcomed by the Third General Assembly of the United Nations, in which the large part of the countries involved gave their approval to the text.

The right to life, the right to freedom, the right to privacy and not subject to torture or inhuman treatment are some of the basic rights stipulated in this document, granted to every individual, so they are inherent to every personregardless of the way of thinking, race, country or any type of characteristic and denomination.

Throughout history, we have been able to observe that in some cases these rights have not been respected or followed by some governments, which have the obligation and responsibility to protect these people, leaving them invulnerable as can be the case of the genocide in Rwanda.

LA RAE (2019) defines transgress in a few words such as "break, violate a precept, law or statute".

Wait! The Transgression Of Universal Human Rights paper is just an example!

In my view the declaration of human rights still remains a dream to fulfill that a reality in today’s world, so I will then present my opinion regarding the subject with arguments.

In the first place, we are concerned that one of the agencies that guarantees the fulfillment and respect of human rights is the State or government of each country, therefore, if we do not have the support of the same our natural rights can be overshadowed and violated byAny person, entity or force. We can mention Venezuela as a clear example of the bad government administration, a corrupt government that does not satisfy the basic rights of the human being as well as the lack of access to food to survive and censorship to the media.

These discrepancies by governments are unacceptable, imagine that a people do not have the possibility of getting food in a simple way, imagining that for your effort and dedication in a job you receive less from a basic salary, even, imagine the impossibility of being able to express freelyBy media your political opinions and religious beliefs. The interesting thing is that violations not only occur in the Netherlands of the Third World, but also in world powers such as North Korea, known for violating multiple human rights systematically. Women, for example, face sexual and gender violence by government officials, in their work and taking the train or other forms of public transport.

"Market guards or police officers asked me to follow them to an empty room outside the market, or somewhere else to choose" (Hee, 2019). I see myself in need of giving my opinion about this experience, imagining how difficult it was for Oh Jung to go on this situation in your country, even not only once, we could not know exactly how many times this altercation exceeds, even not onlyShe, but also millions of women who reside in North Korea. It is absurd and inadmissible that a rich world power in raw material and with such a balanced economy cannot sustain the basic rights of a human being. This leads me to ask me what is really happening? Or North Korea cannot support the rights of its citizens or do not want to do it.

The main problem is very deep and complex to identify it, but I can ensure that most people are not informed of what happens in other countries, places where you could lose your life to give your opinion and where fear consumes you for fear andconcern that something happens to your family, for not having the possibility of protecting them. What I want them to understand is that it is not only the State in charge of protecting our rights, but also of us, we must open our eyes, observe outside our dome cultures and understand what is happening abroad.

The constant wars that occur in various countries for issues of power, hate, discrimination, racism and revenge are one of the main transgressors of human rights. To exemplify it we can add what happened in the movie "Hotel Rwanda", this story exposes how the inequality between races and revenge by an ethnicity brought misfortune to an entire country, in addition to the film it is related as the UN (Organization of the NationsUnited), recognized as the largest defender of peace, refuses to support the country in the tragedy, and not only that, but also gives the country’s order to evacuate only people in white people. The main body that is responsible for intercedeing when peace is affected, that agency which receives financing from the Member States to take the necessary measures, was the one that violated human rights, discriminating against an entire population for their skin color, which makes it a problem, an accomplice, but not the solution.

Unfortunately, time continues to pass and we do not see results, the declaration of universal rights was the beginning, but apparently the countries signed one more text so as not to look bad at the world, however, they did not read the secondary objectives and the main objectiveon the bottom. To countries that do not comply with the established, the weight of justice should fall, countries that are the main suppliers of military weapons to terrorist groups or corrupt governments, even, history has validated it over time. Wars that happen behind us but we don’t want.

Taking into account for everything that we have passed throughout history, it is necessary that we take the necessary measures, mainly focusing on what has been learned in our ancestors. History has always been documented and studied to know where we came from and for everything we have happened to develop today’s world, so we must learn from history and improve.

In short, we have proven how human rights are not being carried out or respected throughout the world, something that should not happen and is grotesque to understand. We review the data, anecdotes and stories of people who were silenced to give their opinion and express what they felt or what they believed, I do not even have the corresponding adjectives to describe what I feel or the value to put on their feetAs we say we say. Stories like Rwanda’s genocide where because they are not considered a person and they take you away from the world.

From minority groups that do not have a home, to constant wars that happen in countries for discrimination where millions of people lose the right to live; And how not to mention the role of the largest organization, promoter of La Paz, which under my opinion is one more organism like any other with a solidarity cover, but with a political movement behind.

I sincerely believe that I do not see myself in the need to recapitulate them more ideas to understand my point of view, countries do not understand what it means to sign a document and how history has shown us are the whole world that we have to give them thatimpulse to begin to take actions. As regards me, the United Nations Organization should take the necessary actions so that rights are recognized throughout the world, if there is no legal weight that holds countries, entities and any organism that transgresses human rights, our goal will be nothing more than a dream in which you get lost to forget about reality. The reality is another, injustice if it exists and suffering if it is real;Think that being separated from our loved ones cannot feel happy, imagine someone who is not taken into account for thinking differently or having another skin color, even, for believing something different.

People tend to get away from those who are different because they cause them remorse and do not want limitations, just live in their own way.
