Part B: My Position
Gender equality is a devastating experience, especially for the affected female gender. Workplace discrimination can be solved through establishing mentorship and sponsorship program that will engage women.
What are three reasons why you have this position about this topic? (25-50 words total)
According to the evidence produced in the board’s seats that were listed among TSX companies in 2015, only 12 percent of the seats were held by women. Since creating seats through mentorship and sponsorship program, an idea developed by Canada contends that it can have a positive impact to an organization, I stand for the mentorship and sponsorship program to champion for women inclusion in the managerial positions.
Canada is an example of a nation that has adopted 50/50 women representation and has realized the most relevant collaboration which serves as an example to the community and which yield a positive effect to the facility.
Mentorship and sponsorship program promotes formal and informal relationships since an advisor acts as a role model thus the women who are trained through the program turn out to be the best leaders in most of the facilities.

Research Support and What I Will do if It Does not Support
The research will support my reasoning concerning the fact that sponsorship and mentorship program develops a better association of leaders and employees in an organization that promotes gender equality in job opportunities. If research fails to support my position, I will, therefore, seek to perform a study using Canada as a case study and to involve at least five companies in my research.
Part C: Thesis Statement
Sponsorship and mentorship programs enable women to be carried through the required training that usually locks them away from being part of managerial leaders and from being included equally hence proving that workplace inequality gap should be narrowed.
