Environmental ethics is a field concerned with human beings’ interaction with the natural environment. It believes that human beings are part of the society as well as other living creatures. ‘Abercrombie and Fitch and Hollister’ Company is known for unethical and shocking values in advertisements. The corporation has exhibited unethical strategies in marketing and brand positioning that have led to serious ethical criticism (Metzner et al. 1).
Product safety is the ethical obligation that a company has to assure the customer of the items they use. Abercrombie and Fitch and Hollister are falling behind in meeting their customers’ needs and expectations. The brand image does not meet the brand quality.
Ethical advertising is an advertisement that does not lie or make any exaggerated claims in the limit of decency. Abercrombie Fitch and Hollister are known for offensive sexual promotion (Reiner et al. 9). Their advertisement includes semi-nude models barely showing the company’s products. There are grievances about the companies’ unethical advertisement and incorrectness in its offensive advertising.
Abercrombie and Fitch and Hollister have had unethical issues in their advertising. Research has shown that many claims have been made that their advertisements are of sexual manners. Their advertising campaigns often depict scantily dressed young people in compromising positions. Their nature of advertisement has risen grievances amongst different groups of people.

However, these companies are unapologetic about it and continue to use them despite the consent.
In conclusion, these companies’ unethical advertisement brings a point of concern to parents as their children are being exposed to sexual content at an early age. Their advertisements are considered racy as they so often involve models in an undressed state. The nature of nudity and racism in this advertisement makes them unethical.
