The law of Dharma suggests that each person has their function in this world. The combination of talent, knowledge and skills help in accomplishing one’s duty. When we use those combination to serve others, we attain the highest level of self-fulfillment. As a teacher, I always been interested in helping children to start self- actualization at a tender age. Once a person discovers who he/she is, there are high chances that they will follow their actual dream. In my research, I have always linked parents and their children opinion to establish the exact interests and capabilities their children have. With known abilities and what a child is capable of doing, the child’s talent or gift can be nurtured to ensure they become what they are supposed to be. Some children are good at storytelling; some are good at music while others show talent in leadership positions. If all those can be tapped and reinforced early in their children, they will grow into perfection and serve their actual purpose. My goals as a professional are to mentor and guide children not only to shine with academic Excellency but also to realize their talents and help in nurturing them.
Social justice is a concept describing the society condition in terms of the distribution of resource, prospects and privileges. I experience different kind of learners in class from various social backgrounds. Some of them seem to have all material they need for their class work, some have moderate access while some have no access at all.

Wait! Administration and Supervision paper is just an example!

My interest is to establish the causes of the inequalities experienced. Balancing the situation by empowering all the learners at a tender age can improve the situation in future. The wealthy families are more privileged and have access to more resources, than the rest of the population. Some children are brought to school by their parent’s prestigious cars while the rest come to school on the school van. Students in higher grade come driving their cars indicating the access to resources they have. Some students come to school driving expensive cars as compared to their teachers, which makes some of them very proud. The disparity can be managed at an earlier age to ensure equitable access to promote social justice.
I have exhibited transformational leadership by organizing learners into study groups. I have trained them on the importance of teamwork and how make the most out of a group work (Lawrence, 2014). I have been able to guide some learners into discovering their talents and gifts, which have impressed their parents. During the class time and group work, I mentor the group, to guide the flow of discussion. As their teacher and leader, I have ensured that I operate as a role model for the upcoming leaders I am nurturing. My leadership skills have led to improved academic performance for learners in my class. The institution have requested for my support of other teachers to ensure the same model is applied in school to lift the overall institution performance. My p-12 experienced have to improve my leadership knowledge and skills since I have many people following my lead. To supervise and administer quality leadership for young children, for instance, those in kindergarten one has to be devoted to the duty. Communicating with such children requires special skills and knowledge, and a personality that promotes easy bonding.
