Situation one
Bearing in mind that many people in the town are interested in listening to or being present during the presentation, I would make the presentation in a towns hall which can be able to accommodate a large number of individuals. I will make sure there will be an effective sound system and visual system to allow all the individual have clarity of what is going on.
I will organize my report presentation in chronological order as this will draw attention to my audience and allow them to follow my presentation report in details. To make it more exciting and real, I will invite several veterans who will give primary information about their experiences during the world war. This will happen after narration of what the audience will expect from my previous interviews. It will then be followed by questions from the audience to allow them to explore areas of interest I have not looked into. I would also invite media houses to do a recording and present it to the general population so that those who could not make it would be able to see the proceeding on their television or social media.
Situation two
The best format to use in my presentation is the inclusion of real-life video clips or present a trailer of a movie which befits the problems the immigrants go through to secure their livelihood in the united states. An excellent example of the film is the “Ellis Island” which best illustrates the conditions and the problems the immigrants pass through.

Most of them are not here of their own volition, rather, they were affected by harsh situations in their home country and decided to take refuge in our country. This in addition to the information I got from the interview would prove to be good to present to my classmates.
On the other hand, I will provide article links and video clips in the course of my presentation which best befit the situation of the people who advocate for the stricter immigration laws. I will involve direct quotes from the interviewee to aid me in stressing key points of my reports. Before I end my presentation, I will ask the class to actively participate in an open discussion which will outline the merits and the demerits of the immigrants. Since the topic is one of its kind that is likely to draw varying and sentimental arguments, I will try to be a moderator and prevent the whole presentation going out of control. I will also put my themes and concepts in a manner that my presentation will build an integrated conviction of both sides (Saldaña 2015). In the discussion, I will allow them to give their experiences on how immigration has affected their lives as a person and as citizens.
Situation three
Presenting my report to the management will require me to be precise and comprehensive at the same time. I will refine my content and make sure to choose the most vivid, noticeable and striking examples that the employees will go through after the implementation. This will allow the management to figure out the effects of change and interpret them in the light of my explanation. To stress my presentation, I will call a technical person who is most likely to be affected by the changes so that he/she can outline the general fears of the employees and second my solutions which I would have provided in a theoretical framework.
The management is likely to come to terms with feasible and economic solutions which will allow smooth productivity and major cost cuts in the implementation. This is what I will major in in my presentation. On the other hand, the employees will look forward to a simple presentation that will convince them that the work they are doing will be made simple and there will not be any layoffs.
