An outreach program is very critical when it comes to bonding relationship between two organization as well as the two regions. As a professional manager, he or she needs to ensure that the outreach plan stipulates how the project partners, the community members as well as all the stakeholders and the roles which party will play in the planning process. The outreach plan also acts as a guide for the social involvement which is very flexible to changes we need arises. Being the city manager, I am looking forward to developing a robust outreach plan which will enhance a long-lasting relationship with our sister city I the southern border.
In our first meeting, the following are some of the agenda will we will be discussing. The first plan will be on the formation of a committee which will ensure that the outreach program has come to fruition at the end of the exercise. The second idea will be on how to reach to our sister city on the southern border. We will discuss the techniques which will employ to ensure that they accept our request (Johnson & Borrego, 2009). We are going to talk about the benefits of the bond primarily regarding economic as well as financial between the two cities. The third gender is the integration of earlier outreach to all the stakeholders who are to serve as the pioneer of the public engagement.
The Creation international opportunities as a way of enhancing the relationship between the two cities.

One of the most effective ways of creating the international opportunities for the bonding of the two municipalities is through sports. The sports activities between the two towns will enhance fabulous and healthy interaction which in return lead to the union of the two cities .most of the organization have been strongly unionized by the sports activities such examples we have the Red bull firm in Austria venturing into the global markets through the sports activities. The city should also make use of the social media platform in the advertisement of their product, for instance, those who are not present on the southern border city. Because the social media is the primary source of information transfer, it will the process of outreaching the southern city communities.
The international relationships development is also significant. As away from promoting the general link between the two cities institutions of higher learning should be built. Since these schools offer universal education, this means the student from the two cities will have a chance to interact. Besides, the student will also help in the decision-making process pertaining the union between the two towns. The university will, therefore, enhance international collaboration between the two cities. Additionally, the interaction between the two cities will create a platform whereby the student will come up with strategies for boosting the relationship between of the two towns in the attempt of solving the problem faced by the individual city.Even though all the individuals are highly talented and brilliant, no one has the capability of operating in a vacuum. Therefore it is highly recommended that we should develop a long-lasting relationship amongst yourself. Thus being the manager of my city I am looking forward to developing a sister relation with my bonding city on the southern side of the US border.
Upon the steps of generating our relationship, first, I will form a committee which will oversee the process outreaching the southern boundary city. Secondly, I will personally look for ways of communicating with the manager on the neighboring town in the southern border. Through our discussion, I will raise some of the ways through which we can strengthen our relationship such as sport, universities education amongst others.
As a way of solving problems arising from the two cities, a committee will be formed comprising of members from the two cities. The primary role of the board will be to oversee as well as supervising the projects to be carried out by the two towns .the meeting venue will always be rotation within the two towns. Therefore limiting the argument of where the meeting will take place. Secondly, on the issue of maintenance of international relations between the two cities, the committee will ensure that all the projects undertaken by the two municipalities are enhancing transparency and accountability (Johnson & Borrego, 2009). Also, I will raise an agenda on the formation of a joint court which will be dealing with the criminal actives which may lead to breaking the rules set aside by the committee. Additionally, as part of strengthening the relationship between the two cities, we will reinforce on some critical areas of development such as economic, financial, education as well as health sectors. The four factors are very vital for the growth of a given country.
In a nutshell, an outreach program is very critical when it comes to bonding relationship between two organization as well as the two regions. Therefore the two bonding partners need to set up a well laid down procedures to ensure that the relationship is long-lasting.
