Currently most managers claim to make the best decisions, without providing due care to processes against decision -making, execution and complete monitoring of the process;However, when managers use rational processes, these are better and effective. There are also barriers that limit the process in organizations among them are the states of confusion, chaos, uncertainty, psychological prejudices, social realities, time pressure, illusion of control, lack of information and communication;Even in some cases it is possible that an choice is made that satisfies, but does not maximize the goals drawn, without a doubt, some barriers identify the manager, since this is in charge of this task, resulting in an organization without success.

According to (Jahirsinio, 2012) "one of the main skills of every manager is its ability to identify the main problems, that is, the most important situations that should be improved in your organization".

Regarding the above, we can affirm that each manager in their respective organization has the obligation to specialize in their task that is to make the best decisions to meet the goals and objectives set, seeking to highlight for the effectiveness and efficiency in the face of the market competition, since daily different types of barriers, obstacles and parameters are presented that do not allow the organization to comply with everything planned.

According to what is stated according to (Fantoni, 2008) “dialogue is the space in which men can recognize whether their subjective needs and interests can be defded intersubjectively as demands, or remain in the sphere of the subjective”.

Decision making is a process that is lived daily by learning and experiencing new things, of which we will have to decide whether or not, sometimes our decisions do not fit our attitudes and indications about the directive and effective directive action, andthat according to the way in which we behave to destroy or create barriers in which sincerity, trust, pleasant atmosphere, motivation groups, effective tasks and other factors can provide the organization with success or failure, just by takinga good or bad decision in front of the barriers that prevent them.
