Mission and objectives of the business organization are much related to the potential client’s needs. The organization is developing unique brands of products that will be available in wide range of markets (Cronstedt, & Thompson, 2016). The business organization will offer quality goods and services to provide solutions to many potential customers. Importantly, the primary objective of the business organization is to align the operations of the firm with the needs of clients. Description of different needs of customers is structured as follow.
The organization will be operating on daily basis. Hours of operations will be starting from 7:00 am until 8:00 pm. All potential customers can easily access products and services within this time limit.
The organization values customers’ needs as provided by awareness policy on expectations and requirements (García-Peñalvo et al., 2016). As such, there are five agents set to receive an incoming call from clients.
The need analysis procedure provides that customers can contact the support services of the business organization through email to report any need.
All needs reported through email are fully evaluated by the management team (Gronau et al., 2016). Then the workforce of the organization provides long-term solutions to the presenter client’s needs.
The pricing criterion is defined by the professional marketing hub of goods and services. The marketing campaign helps the organization fix the price of products and services while considering all classes of potential customers (Jovanović, & Filipović, 2016).

Time to support operations is based on different building tools of streamlining workflow, especially in training programs.
Services offered in the business organization helps in transforming society with the use of new technology.
The business management encourages some active chat through email, websites and live chat for convenience purposes.
