Healthcare organizations market themselves by the quality of service they avail to the clients. The quality as a critical issue depend on the performance of clinicians. The organization is recognized by the clinicians input, in America healthcare system is commendable for most people show satisfaction with the kind of healthcare they receive. The improvement are based on the type of services being rendered to ensure they stay relevant. For instance if the institution is dedicated to pediatric care, the facilities should be improved to cater for healthcare needs for children. Scientific knowledge have improved, and so is the medical equipment, diseases are emerging and reemerging, which requires improved measures in addressing the challenge (Berwick et al., 1991). Clinicians working with better facilities have always provided quality care, and this impacts positively on the reputation of the healthcare organization. An improved facility has adequate clinician staff who serve effectively the number of clients that the facilities admit within a given duration of time.
In conclusion, critical points discussed above are meant to define a healthcare organization with competent clinicians and other caregivers. All the above will come to effect with proper and sustainable financing.
