On this situation reconsidering the type of punishment to be enforced to Brock will be considered. All the employees are equal and fair and just treatment is the key to having the real working environment. Brock was not justly judged hence he requires sound judgment. We do not have superior employees in the eyes of the rules because they are meant to ensure human rights are respected. There will be no changes in the drug-free policy because it is aimed at safeguarding the well-being of all employees. Changing this policy will be acting against the employee’s code of work and ethics.
In conclusion, work ethics are integral in working environment. It ensures that integrity, social justice, and human relationship are well maintained. Efficient action codes in any job ensure that ethical decision making was done. For example, in Brocks case, it will be easier to conduct fair treatment. It should ensure that all staff is treated fairly. Brock was unfairly treated, and that should not have happened.
