Now, how does this conception of freedom operate in each? Life is not static, life is a continuous movement, and based on the decisions made, we acquire an obligation to get out of the comfort that a life offers without commitments, to "free ourselves" from it, achieve what we have decided andOnce you have managed to look for new ways to maintain the decision firmly.

It should be clear that every decision carries risks, because sometimes you can create confusion of how or with what I decide, since I can decide from emotions considering that it is the best, making the social side, that is,I don’t care what they say or think about society in what I am immersed;Or from the social without taking into account my emotions, and then I do things by obligation, which totally deprives me of freedom.

Understanding bioethics in its etymological sense, such as the ethics of life, and I as part of this life, I have a great responsibility, because I must take care of everything that surrounds me, mainly of living beings, because everything has aReason to be.

Starting from this foundation that everything has a reason for being, I say that the only species that is in danger of extinction is me, because after me there will be no one like me, perhaps similar or similar beings, but it would not be me.

And since the care of itself implies my relationship with the care of others, it is my ethical obligation to preserve life, and not only mine, but that life that implies the care of my life, vegetables and animals, because I am I ampart of all this earthly time called life.

And speaking in a scientific sense of bioethics that consists in promulgating the principles that govern behavior in the medical field that involves preserving and care of life based on autonomy, beneficence, justice and non -maleficence.

Autonomy allows me as an individual to respect my own person who owns me to make my decisions, and that consequently forces me to act responsibility based on the disease that I am suffering, in view of preserving a quality of life.

Charity implies promoting the acceptance that I am a patient and that I must be interested in my own health and accept the recommendations of science for the good of my life.

Justice leads me to accept other patients and companions of pain, to treat them as it should be, without differences or preferences to my person.

Maleficence tells me that I must refrain from performing actions that cause me to harm or harm the other.

According to these principles, bioethics has great importance for the care of itself, because if I have no interest in me, nobody will be interested in me, because the sole responsible for my life is me.

These issues are of the utmost importance for those who are accepted as a real teacher, if you do not reflect on these points, then the teacher’s work is not done, but in a information professional, who does not necessarily motivate the student to take care of himselfsame and consequently the care of others, and of course the interest in taking care of everything that is alive.
