Throughout my professional and personal life, I have always engaged in activities that sharpen my leadership skills and teamwork. Whereby, I have taken significant responsibilities in decision-making and problem solving within my area of participation. Taking part in student leader representative was a pivotal point in my educational development and academic reflection. This experience has toughened me in making proper choices and decision concerning my education and personal life. Working as a student representative has molded my ability to think tactically, decisively and strategically. This is due to my constant encounter with students from different background who have a varying degree of problems that requires a tactical approach. It is in such a position that has strengthened my ability to handle matters strategically, especially when confronted with an educational barrier such as integrating different information academically.
I always take myself as a hardworking, self-disciplined and determined person and these attributes are a reflection of my academic achievements and personal life. While as a student representative, I was involved in organizing an annual academic event that involved orienting the new students into their academic year. During this event, I exercised teamwork and active decision making to ensure everything was in accordance with plans. Such responsibilities have contributed to shaping my life in regards to decision making and taking an active role in influencing peoples’ life and being diverse as well.

I adapted to the event with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, which helps me in developing a culture of hard work and progressive interaction with educational information. Besides, the event attribute to my determined and hardworking character that is equally reflected in my academic work. Furthermore, I believe it is through hard work that I can achieve my goals, and all my effort and ability are an equal measure of my performance as they reflected my dedication and hard work.
