The philosophical viewpoint of judicial activism and restraint, second language, and morality.
The opposing philosophical view of judicial activism and restraint
Judicial activism means the opposite of the judicial restraint. They are terms that get used to referring to the philosophy that the judicial decisions get lodged. Judicial activism is a court judgment theory that considers the dynamics of time as the community changes beliefs, while judicial restraint depends on the interpretation of the law based on the earlier cases as judges leave the system to others. The judges who get restrained upholds the principle of stare decisis, the precedents created by former judges. That creates the confusion of justice system because judges end to think they can solve all community challenges and then start legislative and executive duties and serious problems are likely to happen. They equally may lack resources to address all of the issues in the community (Negi, n.d).
Second language accessibility issues in the judiciary
Consider developing a language access policy plan. The plan could entail a glossary of most used words, the process to get used by officers to access language assistance under various conditions of service, standards for training personnel of language access, and the information on notifying, the public on the department of language assistance services (Shah et al., n.d).
