In a broader perspective, fiction incorporates setting, plot, and characters, as imagined by the author. This is to indicate that the occurrence as depicted in fiction movies, stories or documentaries are not based on real-life events. Diverse narrative techniques are used for the sake of heightening the impact of fiction narratives. On the other hand, unlike fiction, nonfiction is all about factual and some of the things that happened. They are based on real things, unlike the latter.
