Subject: Meeting Rooms for Delray Medical spring sales representatives
My name is Skyla Fuentes, the Corporate Travel Associate for Delray Medical. I have been given the task of finding a meeting place for the Delray Medical spring sales conference for our sales representatives. It’s scheduled for next March 20 through March 24.
Our planning committee plans to meet September 18, and we would appreciate your response before that. Here are some things we need to know.
I am wondering whether the Wynn has a banquet room that can seat 250 guests.
We will also need four smaller meeting rooms. We would expect about 75 sales reps to attend each of the meetings in these rooms.
Because we will have electronic presentations, we are concerned about computer facilities.
We will also need to know about transportation to and from McCarran International Airport. Do you have it?
Finally, what about special room rates for groups? At this time of year? Yes or no?

My name is Ken, assistance in the Community Involvement program.

I have been assigned the task of collecting information about The Seeing Eye program where volunteers raise puppies for dog training. It is an excellent idea for our employees to give back to society. The program is scheduled to start next month on 20th after information collection.
Taskforce to spearhead the idea will meet on 15th of next. Therefore, the information provides on or before that due date would be vital. Answers to the following questions would help us understand the program fully.
Can an organization support a program that encourages to volunteer?
Will the volunteers receive the puppies from the program?
What cost are the volunteers likely to incur?
How much is a puppy? Can one buy for his private home from you?
Will some of the volunteers receive dog training sessions of learning?

I am Bastian, Manager for Johnson Property Management. I am writing to report claims from my business tenants that the iron gate that you installed six months ago have problems. The two doors do not match in height, and the doors need considerable energy to open, lock or close them. Additionally, regardless of the paints in the iron gate, some spots of rust can be spotted.
Our management team now request that you should visit the site inspect and remedy the problem. Answers to the following questions will help in understanding the source of the problem.
Which type of paint was applied to the iron gate? How much does it cost in total?
What is the solution to rust spots on the gate?
Is the warrant for the gate still active? Only six months have passed yet it was for one year.
Due to complaints from the tenant, it is important that action is taken by one week by 7th. The tenant complained of struggles to open and close the gate twice in a day. Your timely response will be highly appreciated.
