For me, undertaking is starting a challenging activity, which requires passion, discipline and hard work. Around that word a number of opinions of my colleagues are woven, and generally those opinions were divided. For my part, I have had an unknown faith, and I say "unknown" because it still continues alive, without a clear idea of ​​what way to take. I mention this, taking into account that the development of entrepreneurship ideas is instilled from the beginning of an academic life, since it is part of the development of the economy of a country, and a country with an entrepreneurial population, it is a country that grows under The evolution of its inhabitants. Thus, the impulse of governments becomes necessary under laws that favor the development of entrepreneurship and establish policies for these are maintained over time.

Around entrepreneurship we have heard several myths, and a myth defined it as an imaginary that are built through popular beliefs and which is given higher importance than they have. Now, is it that entrepreneurship is the way?, Is this a myth or a reality? To do this, it is important to define what reality means. According to the SAR (Royal Academy of the Spanish Language), reality is "real and effective existence of something". For me, reality is subject to the way in which each one conceives the world, so it is subject to and interpreted through the level of development of consciousness and in turn, that development is linked to the experiences, needs and evolution of each be. Therefore, what for some people is real, it is likely that for others it is not. If we go to the previous definitions, when we validate whether entrepreneurs. Employing is to start, with passion and conviction, and this must be linked to that personal purpose, which I better explain as an ideal of life that leads us to grow and very surely to look for a common good, not only personal, but of a group of individuals from a community, however small.

The myths about entrepreneurship how: entrepreneurs are born, they are not made; Entrepreneurs must be pure; All that is needed is money; Everything necessary is luck; Employment is safe, business is not … etc. They can take strength when there is no clarity in the purpose of life and entrepreneurship, since it turns out to be the main guide for the development of a business idea where it is not only guided to the generation of goods and services, but goes beyond; It is a vision of an improved world, not only for one’s own well -being, it is created to impact a need through creativity and for this there is no myth that is worth.

Thus, companies created with passion, love and with a specific purpose such as our panelists from the Entrepreneurs Forum to which I had the opportunity to attend, show us the importance of building dreams around creativity, to the common good, being based on Passions of life and not only under the premise of wealth, but under the responsibility of impacting and inspiring the community, that each one from their perspective can build dreams and contribute to the evolution of our economies, where the productivity factor arrives as a result of work and the establishment of specific goals. For this reason, the strength of entrepreneurs and their business models is associated with the development of a global vision, through the generation of innovative, creative, social responsibility, with social responsibility, so that they impact society, with the combination of the necessary resources that lead to success.

Among the factors that affect the existence of the mentioned myths, there would be the little knowledge of the business model purpose, which would be the clearest guide to develop it efficiently. Therefore, it can be said that planning, and a clear structure, a broad vision of the business affects positively when executing activities and allows the imaginary created at the level of society not to negatively affect the expected results.

Now, referring to panelists and especially projects such as Simoné, Featevents, and Ehuingeniería, we understand more clearly how in building innovative, disruptive and social impact projects, any myth is broken, and it is possible to face the fear of the possible results that its creators at some point could have, and why? Precisely because they were linked to their life purposes, to go beyond what they can commonly give, to think about a benefit of a certain group of people or a sector, and that is where the impact is reflected in the results.
