Having a knowledge of these laws helps as an educational entity in some way to understand the importance of safeguarding the rights of others and being very careful in decision making

When we mention equal employment opportunities, it is aimed that in any way someone can or have the right to discriminate either by sex, color, religion, origin. This is the treatment in all aspects in a fair way and without prejudice.

Affirmative action, also recognized as positive discrimination, emerged in the United States in the 1930s. Affirmative action is a type of public policies that grants preferential treatment, in the distribution of resources, to members of social groups or sectors that suffered in the past some type of postponement and/or discrimination. So this is the one that benefits the individual either men or women who belong to a group of social, economic disadvantage and gender equality. Against the formal notion of equality of political liberalism, affirmative action is proposed as an "unequal treatment of inequality", through state intervention in the distribution of opportunities for access to resources. This helps to obtain resources with the objective of restoring the quality of life to gratify for prejudices and discrimination in which they have been victims.

This article wants to demonstrate that all people are equal and have the same right of employment opportunity and that both men and women have the same right. It also talks about the discrimination that arose with students who were discriminated against by their origin. It was specified that affirmative action or positive discrimination gives a favorite treatment to people who have suffered discrimination against access to basic goods and services. By 1960 in the United States it was required that when hiring a person they had to be fixed in skin color, which is an act of discriminating today for companies. Affirmative action is an action of recruitment development, selection, promotions, transfers, terminations, and the preparation of areas that are designed with the aim of eliminating the consequences they left in the past for employment discrimination. It is important to take into account that when a staff is being recruited that this cannot be discriminated about any reason either because it does not have experience or some physical disability. People who do not have experience can be trained so that they can exercise their position and people with disabilities are people like any other. There are laws that support people who have been discriminated against as the law against discrimination in the employment of 1959 (Law No. June 100, 1959, according to amended), as well as law to guarantee equal employment opportunities by gender among others that exist. It is important that no person is silent, that I told their supervisor immediately, that everything is documented and if it is necessary to reach a legal action.
