When we mention equal employment opportunities, it is aimed that in any way someone can or have the right to discriminate either by sex, color, religion, origin. This is the treatment in all aspects in a fair way and without prejudice.

Affirmative action, also recognized as positive discrimination, emerged in the United States in the 1930s. Affirmative action is a type of public policies that grants preferential treatment, in the distribution of resources, to members of social groups or sectors that suffered in the past some type of postponement and/or discrimination. It also talks about the discrimination that arose with students who were discriminated against by their origin. It was specified that affirmative action or positive discrimination gives a favorite treatment to people who have suffered discrimination against access to basic goods and services. By 1960 in the United States it was required that when hiring a person they had to be fixed in skin color, which is an act of discriminating today for companies. People who do not have experience can be trained so that they can exercise their position and people with disabilities are people like any other. There are laws that support people who have been discriminated against as the law against discrimination in the employment of 1959 (Law No. June 100, 1959, according to amended), as well as law to guarantee equal employment opportunities by gender among others that exist.
