EASE OF USE
First of all, the app is easy to download from the play store. Claro ScanPen is an assistive tool to is easy to use. It scans the content and then read it aloud. One only needs to take a photo of the required text with their phone and then highlight the section they require read aloud.

The App is beneficial to the people who have dyslexia. It can also help people with poor vision, working memory deficiencies, visual processing issues and also any other language-based disabilities.
Rationale:
Individuals with dyslexia have a hard time reading fluently and in an accurate manner. Therefore, this App saves them from this trouble thus allowing them to spend their time on things they are talented. Students can focus on developing comprehension skills without being dragged back by their reading deficiencies.
STRENGTHS OF THE AT
Claro ScanPen had many strengths. For one, the app supports many languages, for instance, Portuguese, English, Dutch, German, Danish, Italian among others. Therefore, it can be used by people from all corners of the word.

Further, the app does not require an internet connection to function.
WEAKNESSES OF THE AT
One major weakness of the app is that emphasis may sometimes not be placed on the right words by the voice when reading a sentence since the text is computerized. Additionally, the voice will only read the independent letters it can identify if the page is not scanned properly. Consequently, the users of the app may get confused by what they hear as they do not comprehend what is happening.
WOULD YOU RECOMMEND THIS AT AND WHY?
I would recommend Claro ScanPen since it provides a lot of assistance to people living with dyslexia and is also to use. For just $6.99 one can access an App that assists people who have language-based deficiencies (Edshelf, 2018).
