For an individualized comprehensive care, nurses should have good interpersonal skills. It is important that nurses relate well to patients as well as doctors. This is because they are the link between patients and doctors. Patients will receive quality health care in if nurses relate to doctors well. What normally happens is that nurses who have poor interpersonal relations with doctors tend to consult less with the doctors who are in charge of the medication that the patient is receiving. This puts patients at high risk of developing complications or even losing their lives (Melnyk, & Fineout-Overholt, 2011).
A few of the leadership strategies that can help promote patient care include the definition of goals and focusing on the right path that will lead to the achievement of the set goals. An example of a nursing care issue that needs an implementation of evidence is infection control. Nurses should ensure that admitted patients do not contract an infection while they are in the hospital (hospital acquired infection). One way they can prevent this problem is by ensuring that the surrounding environment of the patient is clean. They should ensure that patients observe such simple personal hygiene measures as washing hands after visiting the toilet (Melnyk, & Fineout-Overholt, 2011).
To appraise the evidence found in my search, I would gather enough evidence that supports my search. The significance of gathering enough evidence, in this case, is that it will enable me to draw correct conclusions.

Wait! Evidence-Base practice paper is just an example!

Upon drawing conclusions, I will go on to implement the findings. In order to search CINAHL for evidence on this topic, I would click on the nursing tool that is under quick links. I would then click the CINAHL link so as to access the whole database (Melnyk, & Fineout-Overholt, 2011).
