Fight against youth unemployment

I consider that the German Dual Professional Training System is rising, since many countries are taking this training system as an example and are beginning to implement it. Access to the labor market in Spain is difficult, precarious conditions, garbage contracts, intense working days, low salaries and without continuity or stability safety are offered. The most precarious conditions are met in the youth sector. In these times there is much talk about the ‘ninis’ the situation of those who neither study nor work. There are many academically qualified and trained young people, and also the least formed who have had to resort to other countries in search of work. In my opinion, in Spain some of the strategies and resources that other countries in this important and vital problem should be taken as an example. One of the requirements demanded. In our country this training is chosen in the second year of the cycle and only for 2 or 3 of the students, and without the commitment to stay in the company.
