Planning is one of the key points for the correct development of an inclusive school. The long -term plans and objectives that are developed in this project are subject to continuous evaluations to modify and adapt them to the needs of the members of our educational community.

One of the many objectives that are intended to achieve with this is that children show a greater interest in learning in a more effective way, to achieve this, teachers must commit to the maximum in this work and constantly form so that they have a greater variety ofresources and methods of action.

The first factor to take into account before starting any project is the understanding of the right climate and organizational structures which will be crucial factors to make any change. To develop it, all members of the community must be coordinated in an effective way favoring social interactions and participation, holding meetings where to deal with project issues always starting from common values such as respect and empathy doing so thatThe atmosphere in the center is as positive as possible

Once these issues have been clarified, the members of the educational community led by a flexible management team, which facilitates the good relationship between teachers and discos and which manages the mechanisms of the educational government, make decisions and put them into practice to fulfill theplanned objectives.

In this way we encourage collaboration and relations between the different members in addition to the autonomy of the center making it possible to influence such important factors as the center’s budget, curriculum, teaching, evaluation, temporary organization of the center and professional development of teachers. Good planning requires the organization both in the center regarding the application of policies and resource mobilization;in organization and work in groups;and at the individual level reinforcing the activities in the school thus affecting the development of a school.

In conclusion, the planning process is key to the development of any project, so this must be flexible, collaborative and accessible so that all members who participate in it are involved in one way or another. On the other hand, the active participation of students is a crucial element for the correct development of the inclusive community, since these are the main receptors and the protagonists of the project.
