It is to my attention that there is a rising concern for providing competitive skills in our organization to ensure that customers get perfect services. Moreover, as our team strives to achieve its vision under the daily operation, the strategies should be professionally stipulated with better and advanced skills. The need for education will save out company from sailing through compromised and better management techniques. The dynamism of strategies in today’s world of business requires diverse skills to execute proper administration of the corporation. I would wish to advance my studies and embark on mastering my professional skills and always ensure effectiveness. The education program on a part-time basis has a great significant to all our employees intending to carry further education.
I would wish to set a pace to other colleagues in taking this step of part-time classes in Business Administration and Conflict Management. However, this move has some challenging factors whereby the stipulate fee does not favor my side. I, therefore, come up with an appropriate idea of a tuition/book reimbursement program as a way to motivate fellow colleagues on taking the education program. I chose this academic strategy due to the Tuition/book payment program by other companies. Our organization should adopt this program as well to safeguard competent skills in our organization. Nevertheless, this program should respond diversely to of all professional in our team.

Therefore, efficiency on this platform will require a committee to plan the program and facilitate a smooth transition of activities with less interference of the going concern of the Company’s activities.
I hope my kind request will be a priority in placing the corporation a better place in the future.
