Foundation of Leadership
1.
The concept of any leadership is synonymous with energy and vision. However, distinct leadership qualities are paramount in any ruling business. Personally, I constantly share my weakness to many people. This makes me more approachable by my staffs. The ability to share personal challenges assists in fostering a trustful atmosphere and also galvanizes commitment from staffs. Secondly, I am very inspirational regarding influencing and promoting staffs towards career development. To achieve this, I base my overall reliance on my intuition in the quest of gauging the appropriate course of action and time for employees to implement the stated policies. In short, this means I am an effective situation sensor who can sense what going before asking for clarification.
Thirdly, I manage staff with tough empathy. The concept of tough empathy ensures that the staffs get what they require, in comparison to what they want. Additionally, it ensures that a leader empathizes realistically and passionately with staffs through ultimately caring on the work they performed. Fourthly, I am a top-notch leader who capitalizes on diversity. I can utilize the uniqueness presented before me to generate a social distance that can motivate staffs to work together effectively. Consequently, I would follow me, due to my authenticity. I serve people inhumane way. In my perspective, my credentials and titles do not describe me, rather my personal foibles, difference, and strength are what will inspire staff to work effectively.

In my management roles, I would set high goals and standards that cut across the whole spectrum of the organization like plans, strategies, marketing systems, productivity, meetings, quality, presentations, and reliability. Therefore, I would require every staff to be dedicated to ensuring the laid down standards are implemented. In reviewing the results, I will utilize systems such as survey to evaluate both employee`s and client`s satisfaction rate. Additionally, I will conduct checks and balance analysis to establish the cost of production in regards to the net profit obtained. In reviewing the reward system, I would offer promotional opportunities based on the level of productivity and dedication of an employee. Furthermore, I would offer commissions and shopping vouchers for the best-performed employees.

The similarity contained in the various speeches presented by King, Lincoln, Kennedy and Bill Gates are all based on unity, freedom, and respect for civil liberty. However, the ideological difference portrayed by these leaders is that the message is aimed at different set of people. For example, King`s vision is meant for the black society. The Lincoln`s message is intended for soldiers who lost their lives in the quest for civil liberty, Kennedy`s message is for the entire American citizens while Bill`s message is meant for the global business community.
In my opinion, these leaders had a deep passion and knowledge on their mission or goals in term of influencing change in the society. Additionally, these leaders indeed advocated for specific values. For instance, Kennedy and Gates hope for unity with the American society and the business community consecutively.
Alternatively, King and Lincoln advocated for civil rights. Besides, leaders such as Gates, Kennedy, and Lincoln did not have any particular symbol or language. However, King used the “I have a Dream” slogan to foster support for his course (King, 1968). In conclusion, leadership behaviors such as a being ambitious, dedicated, courageous, and reliance ensured that King, Gates, Kennedy and Lincoln facilitated them to be successive in implementing their vision for the society.
