It is a historical fact has been relegated to a secondary role in intellectual, social and political life for many centuries by reducing their role as wife and mother, so equality and respect for women are so important.

We must not forget that the woman has the most important function in the raising of children, therefore, the importance or value that women should be granted in society must be high to the level that corresponds to her, without forgettingthat this is totally independent, and is able to achieve objectives of independence and overcoming. We women occupy a very important place in our Mexican families, currently the performance of Mexican women has changed and has adapted to the world context, more and more women have given themselves the task of being more prepared and having greater academic preparation forget a job that provides you in the future, stability and economic support.

That is why I believe that if parents do not teach their children, they will never succeed in what they want, because in our homes they do not always educate us with values, it is more in some families do not even give importance to this issue. That is why we must put into practice the values we have learned at home and at school to be better people

We live in a society in which there are still people with ancient thoughts, who think that women should not work or that they should pay us less for the simple fact of being a woman. We are in a society in which they make us less than we are and that is very sad because you only put to think that without women many things would not work the same.

In Mexico, women are not valued, it is more make us feel that we are worthless, and this not only happens with the people who do not know us, who only judge what they see at first glance.

If not that this type of discrimination is within the family itself and that is that they only think how many times we have not heard our breasts or our grandmothers say that we are the ones that we must learn to do everything in the house since according to them we will attend toMen arrive from work, and also in some cases, many young people do not let them study what they really want, and they even want to drive until our way of dressing.

How many times we have not seen that they give more preference to our brothers and many times it is not for being the smallest, because there are cases in which they give more preference to the brother just for being a man. I personally, if I have lived from this inequality but very rarely and I know that many girls, young and adults have suffered gender inequality at some point in their lives, only there are cases where inequality is more evident. What I propose is that you change, why remember that a grain of sand is long ago, and if you change your thoughts that women are less than men you can change the world of the thoughts they have.
