Part 1
In the course of life, human beings encounter quotes or songs that become influential in their lives and act as tools of motivation in times of turmoil. The emotional attachment is so broad that a sense of calmness is attached to them. For this project, I will choose one of the quotes by renowned mathematician Albert Einstein that has been incorporated in the contemporary world. In 1930, Einstein wrote a letter to his son Eduard, and it became famous for being the source of one of the best inspirational quotes in the world. It states that ‘Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving”.
Part 2
Although the quote as it is holds a deeper meaning, the last part of the phrase “you must keep moving” is the dearest to me. As a young student, living in the contemporary world can be challenging because often than not, individuals are forced to conform to trends dictated by the society.
The age of technology and the social media has created problems for the youth who are forced to adopt certain appearances and lifestyle choice to be accepted. Sometimes it is easy to get caught up, and the statement of Einstein’s letter can be a guideline in times of tribulation when things seem not be working out according to expectations. Every time I recite the quotes, I tend to drift to some form of safe zone where can coach my emotions such that instead of feeling sorry and sadness, am motivated to alter the outcome of my circumstances.

Wait! Gordon Rule Report: “My Inspiration” paper is just an example!

When it comes to real-life situations, the words inspire my heart as well my mind, and this has minimized the chances of developing depressive disorders. Since I was a sports enthusiast, the news came as a disappointment and I developed anti-social tendencies and lost some of the friends I hung out with before the incident. Albert Einstein’s words kept me motivated and soon my grades improved

Summary
The article focuses on the concept of emotional intelligence that was coined in the 1990s and its incorporation in the different aspects of daily life. Emotional intelligence is concerned with the manner in which individual control their behavior, interactions with others in the society and techniques of wise decision-making. When it comes to the process of making the significant decision in life or a workplace setting, it is crucial that people can differentiate emotions from logic. This will ensure that the outcome or rather the repercussions of the conclusion made will be beneficial to the involved parties. According to the author, EQ has shifted the notion that success of the individual is premised solely on the level of IQ. Following this, Mariah Deleon introduces the incorporation of emotional intelligence in the workplace and the benefits that such a move would accrue to the organization.
Emotions in the office may hinder the efficiency of execution of tasks and may affect the interaction among the staff. As a manager, it is important not to stick paper and academic qualifications alone when recruiting. This is because it has been established that individuals with high EQ are comfortable working in teams as well as adapting to changes made within the company (DeLeon 8) Managers are also urged to adopt proper EQ levels to act as role models to the junior staff and to ensure open communication both horizontally and vertically. The pillars of emotional intelligence have been mentioned by the author and act as a guide to the qualities individuals should have to manage their emotions.
Part 4
I feel the assignment will communicate in detail the emotions aroused by the quotes by Albert Einstein and how inspirational they have been in my life. It has helped me in pushing myself to greater heights especially during times of distress.
