There are many insurance firms in the current society and choosing one to be your service provider requires more research and prior studies to it (Rickard, 2005). In determining an insurance firm to provide services for the employees in any organization, several working factors need to be considered (Protection & Act, 2010).
The Reputation of the Company
One should investigate the reputation of the company before solely giving them the responsibility of becoming service providers for your employees. Understanding the reputation of the Company is key in determining whether the company is reliable or not. With many insurance firms in the market, it is quite ideal to consider understanding the company better before binding them to your organization (Rosenbaum, 2011).
Government and Legal Regulation
It is a wise idea to find an insurance firm that has been accredited by the government to offer the insurance services to the people.

Financial Stability
The insurance firm in the company aims to provide financial support in case of an accident in the company. A financially staple insurance firm should be a priority (Protection & Act, 2010).
It is very wise to factor in the needs of your employees before buying or putting in any place any insurance plan to your organization. The employee’s lifestyle in the working environment will significantly determine the type of insurance plan to consider. For instance, working in a high-risk environment needs a program that is rooted in understanding the system. The employee’s health in such situation always comes first (Rosenbaum, 2011).
The fundamentalism behind Affordable Care Act must also be considered. The Affordable Care Act demands that all employees even those working in small business must be given insurance covers. It provides rules which are inherent in purchasing an insurance cover for the employees. Affordable Care Act will guide my decision of purchasing an insurance plan for my employees. This largely depends on the type of business that I am running and the general output (Rosenbaum, 2011).
There are many advantages of purchasing a health insurance plan for my employees as considered to them depending on the insurance provided by the government. One key position is that I fully understand the needs of my employees hence can choose the best health insurance firm for them. Choosing health insurance for my employees will also help me plan well for the future of the company by including the needs of my employees (Rosenbaum, 2011).
The idea of managing my employee’s health insurance can also be accompanied by disadvantages. Principal among such disadvantages is lack of following the rules of the Affordable Care Act May disagreements in the organization and even in case of bankruptcy of the company the government cannot step in to offer support (Protection & Act, 2010).
In conclusion, it is, therefore, necessary for the employers to do thorough research of their organizations before binding them to an insurance firm. This will help in effective service delivery of their employees and create a good impression of the business (Rosenbaum, 2011).
