If the request is approved, the host organization will be the sponsors, and if they like the activities, they will be compelled to offer support immediately or in future (Skelcher and Smith, 2015).
In the organization, it could be significant to develop a program in which the HR professions will be required to nominate one of Tehri best. In this way, team building, trust, and commitment will be achieved. Instead of the circulation of leadership mantle from one member to another, it would be advisable for the members to develop a program that will need a committed member to lead them every year. It means that my leadership as the president will end after the year ends. I will be required to consult with all the members on the best leader they would back up for the position while I nurture him or her to lead the team successfully. Matters concerning finances will be solved by applying loans which will help in the starting income-generating ventures to support the organization.
